Do I need a motorcycle endorsement to ride the Agility 50 in Florida?
No. Any scooter with a 50cc-or-smaller engine is ridable in Florida on a standard Class E driver's license — no motorcycle endorsement required, no matter how fast it goes. Is the Agility 50 freeway-legal?
No. Like all 50cc scooters it tops out around 35–40 mph and is meant for city streets, not highways or causeways. If you need freeway speed, ask us about the People 150i or Downtown GT 350i.
Is it really automatic?
Yes — a CVT automatic. There's no clutch and no gears to shift. Twist the throttle and go.
What does the warranty cover?
A 2-year limited factory warranty. We perform all service in-house at 1743 Bay Road with Kymco-trained technicians and stock common parts on-site.
