No. Every current Lance is built by SYM (Sanyang Motor) in Taiwan — Honda's Taiwanese manufacturing partner for decades and a top-5 global scooter maker. Lance is the US distributor; the engine, frame and CVT are SYM.
Do I need a motorcycle endorsement to ride this in Florida?

Is the Cabo 50 freeway-legal?
No. Like all 50cc scooters it tops out around 30 mph and is built for city streets. For 59 mph step up to the Cabo 125; for 65+ mph highway speed, the Cabo 200i.
What does the warranty cover?
A 24-month, unlimited-mileage warranty — parts and labor, tire-to-tire — honored by us as your authorized Lance dealer. We register it for you at delivery, perform all service in-house at 1743 Bay Road, and stock common parts on-site.
