What "snowbird care" actually means at Miami Beach Scooter
You winter in Bal Harbour, Surfside, Sunny Isles, North Beach, or South Beach. You head back to New Jersey, New York, Massachusetts, Illinois, Michigan, or Ontario in April. You don't want your scooter sitting in a humid garage from April to November, where the battery dies, the carbs gum, the rubber dries, the saltwater eats the harness, and a category-three storm rolls through in October.
So we take it. We've been doing this since the 1990s. Today's program covers:
- Indoor storage at our Bay Road facility — secure, insured.
- Battery on tender the entire off-season. We use the right voltage for your specific battery chemistry.
- Anti-corrosion treatment on electricals, frame welds, brake hardware, throttle bodies. ACF-50 / Corrosion-X, applied to a published checklist.
- Hurricane evacuation plan. If a named storm enters the cone, we move your scooter to inland storage. You don't have to call us — we move it.
- Pre-arrival prep. Tag renewal, fluids, brakes, tires, full safety check. We can have it waiting at your condo elevator on your arrival date, fueled, washed, tested.
- White-glove pickup and delivery within Miami-Dade. MIA pickup on request.

You don't have one yet but you want one for next winter? Buy from us in November, ride it through the season, and the storage program is already built into the customer relationship by April. We can also ship a scooter you already own down for the season and back at the end of it — we coordinate the freight forwarder either direction.
