The PCH 50 Delivery is our license-free delivery rig — a brand-new Lance PCH 50 set up for short-loop gig work, with a rear top case, phone mount and ignition-wired charger fitted and warranted as one package. It's built for dense South Beach and Miami Beach delivery runs where you don't need highway speed.
The 49cc four-stroke returns 117 MPG — roughly $5 fills the tank — so your fuel cost per drop is about as low as it gets. And because it's a 50cc, in Florida it rides on your regular Class E driver's license: no motorcycle endorsement, no test, no waiting.

Frequently asked questions
Is a 50cc fast enough for delivery?
For dense short-loop work — South Beach, Mid-Beach, downtown blocks — yes. The PCH 50 tops near 30 mph, which suits stop-and-go neighborhood runs and keeps you license-free. If your routes use causeways or faster arterials, look at our PCH 125 or PCH 200i instead — those need a Florida motorcycle endorsement.
Do I need a motorcycle endorsement to ride this in Florida?

What's included in the delivery package?
A brand-new Lance PCH 50 plus a rear top case with mounting hardware, a RAM-style phone mount, and a USB charger wired to the ignition. We can also bundle a disc lock with motion alarm and a face-shield helmet. It's all fitted and warranted with the scooter.
What does the warranty cover?
A 24-month, unlimited-mileage warranty — parts and labor, tire-to-tire — honored by us as your authorized Lance dealer. We register it for you at delivery, perform all service in-house at 1743 Bay Road, and stock common parts on-site.
